supplier of motion video codecs, today announced the release of VidWare Vision-M,
its implementation of the H.264 codec.

"We have tested VidWare Vision-M against the other H.264-compliant codecs in the
market," said Victor von Schlegell, VidWare's president. "It equals the others in
quality and encodes many times faster."

"We built VidWare Vision-M from the bottom up, rather than using the reference
standard," continued von Schlegell. "This approach enabled us to achieve superior
results. It also makes the codec highly portable and more easily incorporated into
other applications."

VidWare Vision-M can be used in both real-time applications and with prerecorded
material. "We designed the product for use with video conferencing, signage,
monitoring and surveillance, and other real-time applications" continued von
Schlegell. "However, it can also be used to compress prerecorded video, and with its
superior speed, VidWare Vision-M makes encoding far more efficient."

VidWare Vision-M will soon be available commercially. The encoder will be sold on a
single-user basis and also licensed to users who wish to incorporate the encoder in
other applications. Commercial release is scheduled for October 15, 2007.
